Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your PhotoGuide AI account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed and how long the process takes.

To request deletion, send an email to support@photoguide-ai.com from the email address associated with your PhotoGuide AI account, with the subject “Delete my account”. After we verify your request, a PhotoGuide AI administrator permanently deletes your account and its associated personal data.

• Email support@photoguide-ai.com from the email address linked to your account.
• Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
• Include the email address associated with your PhotoGuide AI account so we can verify ownership.

Verifying that the request comes from the account owner protects you against unauthorised deletion of your data.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days of verification. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in, and the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from PhotoGuide AI:

• account information;
• AI analyses;
• portfolio;
• learning progress;
• stored thumbnails;
• associated user data.

Photographs stored on your own device or in your device gallery are never modified or deleted by this process.

Data required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained only as required by law. Any such data is kept for the minimum period necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
